We currently deliver across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Delivery is completed by our trusted courier partners to your specified address.

Delivery times vary by product and location. Most items are dispatched within 2–5 business days and delivered within 5–10 working days. Larger furniture items may take a little longer. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering at info@jschanahomes.co.uk and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you confirm your payment. Some items may qualify for free delivery — this will be shown in the checkout.

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Fragile items such as mirrors and decorative accessories receive extra protective packaging. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and we will resolve this as a priority.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@jschanahomes.co.uk with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you — this is covered under our damage guarantee.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
